SCORM troubleshooting
Fix SCORM packages that do not mark complete.
Common causes
- Slide completion rules require interaction that was skipped
- LMS pass/fail threshold differs from authoring settings
- Mixed HTTP/HTTPS content blocked in the player
- Browser or LMS player compatibility issues
What to try
- Re-preview as learner in Innovito Studio with require-interactive-completion on.
- Re-export and re-upload a fresh ZIP to a clean LMS activity.
- Test in a second browser and confirm the LMS SCORM version matches the package.
